UAQ may collect personal data provided by candidates through the Recruitment System as part of the recruitment and hiring process. This may include personal identification and contact information, educational and professional qualifications, employment history, supporting documentation, information required to verify eligibility for employment, and any other information necessary to assess a candidate's suitability for employment, comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and facilitate recruitment-related activities.

●Through Social Media background check Agency.
●Through national criminal check service provider.
●Through the referees provided by the candidate's employment reference checks.
Clause 4: Purpose of Collection and Usage of Personal Data
UAQ collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
●To identify and evaluate candidates interested in employment with UAQ.
●To fulfill laws and regulations requirements.
Personal data will be used solely for the purposes outlined, in accordance with PDPL regulations.
Clause 5: Storage and Destruction of Personal Data
Personal data is securely hosted and processed within UAQ systems. UAQ employs security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction and ensure proper communication and action is carried out to the best of its ability under normal circumstances. Your data will be retained for 3 years for the purposes outlined in this notice and in compliance with legal obligations. Clause 6: Legal Basis for Collecting and Processing Personal Data

The Privacy Notice was last updated on 05/08/2026.
UAQ reserves the right to add or change any of the provisions of the Privacy Notice, and UAQ will notify the data subject of that, and UAQ has the right to terminate the account of the data subject if the data subject does not accept any change in the Privacy Notice.
